Bike thief in the custody of Jaitaran police station.
Jaitaran police station managed to arrest three miscreants of bike thief gang on Thursday. Police recovered 10 stolen bikes from the possession of the accused. Which he stole from different police station areas of Jaitaran, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Nagaur district. Incidents of theft are also expected to open during the remand.
Jaitaran Thanaprabhari Sahdev Choudhary said that a special team has been formed to deal with the increasing incidents of bike theft in Jaitaran area. Through CCTV footage and informer system, the miscreants of this gang reached. In this case, 19-year-old Chainaram son Shravanlal Bawri, resident of Birampuri (Nimaj) of Jaitaran police station, 20-year-old Kailash son Sugnaram Bawri resident of Kheda Maharajpura (Nimaj) and Himtaram son Bholaram Bawri, resident of Birampuri (Nimaj) were arrested. On his behest, 10 stolen bikes were recovered.
Somebody had hidden the bike in the house and some in the enclosure
The accused used to keep an eye on the vehicle owner during the day time in the congested area and on seeing the opportunity, broke the handle lock of the bike from the master and escaped by stealing the bike. The stolen bikes were hidden by the miscreants in their houses and enclosures in such a way that no one could see. The recovered bikes include 4 bikes from Jaitaran police station area, 1 bike each from Bilara, Kuchaman City, Merta City, Ajmer and 2 bikes stolen from Sojat City police station area. Constable Dilip Singh, Kishnaram, Surjan Sindhu played the main role in apprehending the accused.
Bike thief made in the hobby of partying
Preliminary investigation revealed that all the three accused are fond of partying liquor. Due to lack of income, he started stealing bikes. During the remand, the police will inquire about how many bikes the accused have stolen so far and how many bikes they have sold.
