Panipat. CIA-2 has arrested the accused who carried out the mobile theft incidents. After recovering 16 mobiles from the possession of the accused, the accused was presented in the court on Thursday, from where he was sent to jail.
CIA-Two in-charge Inspector Virendra said that on Wednesday, the accused youth was roaming in the vegetable market raw camp in the interest of selling the phone. After raiding the secret information, the accused was arrested. The accused identified himself as Deepak alias MC resident of Batra Colony. On in-depth interrogation of the phone, the accused disclosed the theft of Rs 2500 and two mobile phones from the room by breaking the lock of a room in Nangalkhedi on the night of 28 September. During interrogation, the accused told that he is addicted to drugs. Revealed about the theft of 14 other phones from different places in an intoxicated state. Due to non-identification of their owners, they were taken into custody by the police under 102 CrPC.
