It is their responsibility to send the agenda. Whether the Bairagi consents or not is their discretion. If Bairagi saints do not attend the meeting, then the name of the new president will be announced among the saint-mahants of the remaining 10 arenas.

There are 26 members in the executive
The Executive Council of the Akhara Parishad consists of 26 members apart from the President and the General Secretary. They consist of 2-2 representatives from each arena. If the Bairagi three Akharas will not be involved in the proposed meeting in Prayagraj, then there will be a brainstorming on the future of their members in the current executive committee.

There is a tussle for the chair of the council president. 108 saints, Mahamandaleshwars and Khalsas have sent me letters expressing their desire to become president. In such a situation, the new president will be announced in Prayagraj on October 25 from the ancient tradition itself.
