Car robbed at gun point from a young man who came to eat parathas

Sumit Kumar Pahal told the Murthal police station that he is a resident of Gandhinagar in Ganaur. His job is to prepare and sell animal feed. He had come to Murthal on Friday night to eat parathas. He was on GT Road at 12.30 in the night. He parked his Swift car on the side of GT Road and went to get a bottle of beer from the liquor shop located next to the petrol pump in front of Garam-Dharam Dhaba. When he returned with a beer, two youths were standing near his car. His third partner was standing starting the bullet bike. Sumit told that as soon as he reached near the car, both the boys came to him. One of them pointed a pistol to the forehead and threatened to shoot. During this, his accomplice snatched the key of the car from his hand. They both fled with the car. His third accomplice went after him with a bullet. The entire incident has been recorded in the CCTV installed at the petrol pump.

After the complaint, the Murthal police station has registered a report and started investigation. Earlier on October 11, on GT Road, Rs 2.5 lakh was robbed from a factory cashier at gunpoint and a bike from a kiln worker. Police have started searching for the robbers.
