People are facing problems in this kind of situation.
Sectors across Ghaggar including Sector-7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the city are facing power cuts every day for a week. There is a power cut in the name of maintenance. Because of this people are suffering. Sunil Vashisht, President, Sector-15 Resident Welfare Association, said that due to the failure of transformers throughout the day, there is a continuous cut of up to five hours in the sector. Due to this, water has not reached the people’s houses till the third floor. Due to this, people are constantly suffering. On the other hand, KK Jindal, President of Sector-20 Resident Welfare Association said that the problem of power cut has been continuous since Monday. There are cuts in the sector for five hours. Due to this problem is being faced. These cuts are being made in the name of transformer failure and maintenance. People are facing the heat due to lack of electricity system.
