By choosing the right career at the right time, complete guidance will be given so that students can be successful in their field. The name of this special program is – Mentor of the country.
The structure of this program is designed in such a way that students can become serious and accountable for their career right from their early life. In the ‘Desh Ke Mentor’ program, students from 1 to 10 government schools of Delhi will be taken, who will be given guidance by such citizens who will be successful in their respective fields. The word ‘mentor’ has been added to the program because the tradition of teaching children will be completely guru-shishya.
How will the ‘Desh Ke Mentor’ program work?
Mentors will take one class every week and give 10 minutes of guidance to each student. This work will be done in virtual mode on the phone. Since the time of the Kovid epidemic is going on, the use of contactless means has been kept paramount. In the online mode, the student and the mentor will be face-to-face and both will interact. Any citizen who wants to join this initiative, who is interested in this work, he will be able to select 1 to 10 students from any government school in Delhi. On this basis, the work of guiding will be started.
10 minutes guidance
In the month of August, the Delhi government had drawn the blueprint of the ‘Deah Ke Mentor’ program and made people aware of it. The Delhi government has made Bollywood actor Sonu Sood as the brand ambassador for this special program. That is, Sonu Sood is the real ‘flag bearer’ of this program. The mentors of the program will guide these students over the phone for ten minutes every week.
What did CM Kejriwal say
At the launch of this program, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal says, if his students get the right guidance, then they can make their name bright in every walk of life.
