Hyundai, the second largest automobile company in India, has made special preparations for the next year i.e. 2022 and in the first month itself, it is going to present 3 great cars. Yes, 2 electric cars of Hyundai and a 7 seater MPV are going to be launched in India soon. While in the MPV segment it will launch the Hyundai Stargazer (likely name), a range car between the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Toyota Innova Crysta, it will be the first in the electric car segment to introduce the Hyundai Kona Facelift, an upgraded model of its existing car Kona. Along with this, the company will launch its second electric SUV Hyundai IONIQ 5.

Coming 7 seater Hyundai Stargazer
After launching a sleek car like the Hyundai Alcazar in 6-7 seater options in India this year, Hyundai is soon going to launch an MPV in the Indian market, which could be called the Hyundai Stargazer. This car will be bigger in appearance than the Creta. The Hyundai Stargazer will be produced at its plant in Chennai. Talking about its engine and power, it can be offered with 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options, which will be capable of generating power up to 113bhp and torque up to 250Nm. It can be offered with both manual and automatic transmission options.

According to media reports, along with mechanical changes, a lot will be seen in the exterior and interior. In this, along with the closed grille, many special things will be seen including new LED DRL, new headlamp, revised lower bumper.

Kona facelift is coming with better features and battery range

The Hyundai Kona EV Facelift will be offered with two battery packs, with a 64kWh battery pack producing 204PS of power and up to 395Nm of torque and a 39.2kWh battery pack producing 136PS of power and 395Nm of torque. The most striking feature of the upgraded Kona will be its battery range, which the company claims can range from 305 km to 484 km on a single charge. The upcoming Kona will be equipped with a smart adjustable regenerative braking system and can be fully charged in an hour with the help of a DC fast charger. The Kona facelift will be bigger than the current model and will get a larger touchscreen infotainment system.

Another electric car from Hyundai is coming to India

IONIQ 5 will be India’s second electric car in India
Hyundai Motors is soon going to launch its second car in India, the Hyundai IONIQ 5, which will be in the electric SUV segment. It will be built on Hyundai’s exclusive electric-global modular platform. This electric car from Hyundai is already on sale in many countries and it is offered with 72.6kWh and 58kWh battery packs. The company claims that its battery range will be up to 480 km in a single charge. It can be charged up to 80 percent in just 18 minutes with the help of a 220kW DC charger. The top speed of the Hyundai Ionic 5 will be 185kmph and it can accelerate from 0-100kmph in just 5.2 seconds.
