New Delhi: India China Face-off: Tension with China on the border has started rising again. The soldiers of India and China once again came face to face. However, no clash or damage has been reported. Sources say that both the sides have resolved the matter through mutual talks.
Incident in Arunachal Pradesh Sector
According to defense sources, the latest case is of Arunachal Pradesh sector on the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

Last week, tensions escalated between Indian and Chinese troops in the Arunachal Pradesh sector. Both the countries have their own perceptions regarding the LAC adjoining the Arunachal sector. During the patrolling, the soldiers of both the countries came face to face. This increased the tension.
Soldiers of both the countries were face to face for a few hours
For a few hours the soldiers of both the countries were face to face. However, after a few hours of standoff, the dispute was resolved as per the prescribed protocol. There was no loss of any kind to any party during this period.
Uttarakhand was infiltrated
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that a situation of tension has arisen with China on the border. Earlier on August 30, Chinese soldiers had infiltrated the border along the Barahoti sector of Uttarakhand. Then 100 Chinese soldiers had crossed the Line of Actual Control and they returned after staying in the Indian border for 3 hours.

Violent clashes took place last year
Before that there were reports that China has made arrangements for temporary tent-like accommodation at about 8 places near the border in eastern Ladakh. Remember that last year there was a violent clash between India and China. After this both the armies withdrew from the disputed area, but China is not deterring from its antics.
