Its corporate headquarters will be at Ambazari, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The seven DPSUs are Munitions India Limited, Advance Weapon & Equipment India Limited, Yantra India Limited, Armored Vehicle Nigam Limited, India Optel Limited, Troop Comforts India Limited, Gliders India Limited respectively.

It is to be known that in order to promote efficiency, functional autonomy, new development in Ordnance Factories under self-reliant India, as well as to provide the benefit of export opportunities, the operation, control and management of 41 Ordnance Factories under the Ordnance Factory Board are government owned.
