China’s official newspaper Global Times has once again made controversial remarks on India and has threatened to defeat it on the battlefield. Even after the 13th round of talks on the ongoing border dispute with China, the two sides have not yet reached an agreement. On this issue, Global Times wrote threatening India – India should understand that it will not get the situation on the border which it wants. If India starts a war it will lose it.
The Global Times also wrote advising China that it should do its best to maintain peace on the border, but should be ready for any kind of military conflict against India. The newspaper also accused India of being opportunistic. Global Times said- India feels that China needs it in the midst of deteriorating Sino-US relations, but border disputes are related to the country’s dignity.
India accused of making unreasonable demands
The newspaper accused India of raising wrong demands on other issues as well and said that China is ready to defend its sovereignty, Galvan Valley is proof of this. If India wants to make a standoff on the border for a long time, then China is also ready for it. The Western Theater Command of the People’s Liberation Army has also given a statement on this matter and said that China has tried its best to maintain peace along the border.
