Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins welcomed his first child on 8 October 2021. His wife Albie Boston Cummins gave birth to a son. After 8 October, he spent some time with his wife and their pet dog and has now reached UAE for T20 World Cup 2021.

Cummins has shared a special social media post on the birth of his son. He has shared a video. Cummins and his family look very happy in this video. Pat Cummins shared the video on social media and wrote, “Albie Boston Cummins. On Friday, Becky and I welcomed our lovely son, Albie, into this world.”

All Australian players including Pat Cummins who are part of the T20 World Cup have reached Dubai. At present he is in Quarantine for 6 days. Australia will play its first warm-up match of the T20 World Cup against New Zealand on 18 October 2021. He has to play the second warm-up match against South Africa on 23 October.

Significantly, Cummins played his last T20 match for Australia on 6 September 2020. He played this match against England at the Rose Bowl Stadium.
