After the second lockdown, such cases increased because the time for sitting and working in the wrong way has also increased and people shy away from coming to the doctor for fear of infection. About 40 percent of the total patients are coming from these problems.

According to yoga expert Dr. Hemant Sharma, the youth associated with the IT sector are most affected by these problems. Due to not being able to sit properly and not exercising, there is a negative effect on the spine, due to which their efficiency is also decreasing by 25 to 30 percent. Apart from this, they are getting stiffness in the muscles and blood circulation to the brain is also not being done properly.

Case 1: A 30-year-old girl resident of Atomic Nagar is suffering from sciatica pain for the past few days. He is also having trouble walking due to the pain. They believe that the reason for this is to sit in the same position for a long time and do office work on the laptop.

Case 2: A 42-year-old male living in Chaurasia Nagar is troubled by the problem of pain in his hand for the last few months. There is pain in one hand from the shoulder and when standing there is a slight feeling of dizziness. According to the doctors, he has a problem related to the spinal cord.
